Payment, either online or offline, is regarded as acceptance of the Booking Conditions of the programme.
Any participant whose conduct is deemed by the camp director to be detrimental to the best interest of the programme will be dismissed – no refund will be made.
All participants must be 6 years or older.
The programme will operate to the highest standards.
We accept no responsibility for items lost/stolen or damaged on the premises.
We shall not be held accountable should any activity be suspended or cancelled due to bad weather. No refund will be given.
Photographs and video footage may be taken for promotional purposes for our website.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
Permission is granted to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.
We shall not be responsible for any children left unsupervised outside of the allocated times.
Parents must indicate any medical condition or special needs we need to be aware of.
We reserve the right to make date/venue changes if necessary.
I/we the parents of the above hereby give my/our consent to his/hers participation in the tennis camp I/we do hereby release its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and sponsors from all and any liability, no matter how arising with his/her attendance, play and transportation related there.
